I have been thinking a lot about this. I think it would have been easier to make captions if one of the following were the case: Dr. Mouth was a podiatrist Dr. Head was a proctologist Dr. Head was a urologist Dr. Foot was a proctologist Dr. Head was a brain surgeon and finally Dr. Toe was a gynacologist.
Anyone care to add a "caption this" in a comment?
